Ramble: Dunham Massey and the Bridgewater Canal
Overview
A lovely sociable relatively flat walk around Dunham Massey, Agden and Little Bollington incorporating the grounds of Dunham Massey where we are likely to spot plenty of deer and other wildlife so you may want to bring along your binoculars.
We will be taking in the Bridgewater Canal enroute and the rolling Cheshire countryside. This walk is pretty much flat all the way with a couple of stiles and steps so should be within most people’s capability! As usual this will be taken at a nice easy pace to make sure everyone can keep up so if you are someone who likes a fast walk it may not be for you! We will be popping in to the Axe & Cleaver after the walk for a social chat and drink so bring some cash with you.
Although this is an easy walk please be prepared with walking boots, waterproofs and water.
