Jardim Rodizio Grill Altrincham
Overview
Rodizio is a style of service in Brazilian dining and it's also the name given to restaurants that serve Rodizio-style meals and tonight we are visiting one of the best! Rodizio is Portuguese for “rotation” or “turn,” so saying Rodizio in English actually means “rotation” and Rodizio style restaurants do just that. They rotate freshly cooked meats of various types past your table and carve them directly onto your plate.
The reviews for this restaurant are fabulous and we are very much looking forward to our visit.
How it works?
On arrival we will order drinks and our hot sides for the table.
Then we visit the farmers table for delicious appetisers and fresh salads
On returning to our table, we let the passadores know that we are ready for them to start serving the succulent meat dishes to our table by turning our coasters to green, once we have enough meat we change them back to red until we are ready for more meat!

- PICANHA: Cup of the rump, signature cut
- CHORIZO: South American sausage (Spicy option available)
- CHICKEN THIGHS: Marinated with Paprika, deeply enriched with flavour
- RUMP: Brazalian style alcatra, exceptionally juicy and tender
- GAMMON: The finest cured pork (available with pineapple on request)
- PORK COLLAR: Served with honey, lemon and cinnamon
- FILLET: Tender cubes marinated with black pepper
- LAMB RUMP: Chargrilled for stunning flavour
- FRALDINHA: Skirt steak, cut against its intricate marbling for texture and flavour

It is a 0.1 Mile (2 minute) walk from Altrincham Bus, Train and Metrolink Interchange. The nearest secure parking is at stamford quarter which is a 0.2 Mile (5 minute) walk away.
