Mid-Week Ramble: Agden Brow
Overview
An easy walk exploring the shallow ridge east of Lymm, known as Agden Brow. We start by heading out on this broad ridge, taking a succession of quiet lanes and footpaths, and passing Lymm’s answer to Mount Rushmore (!) on the way. We then descend to the Bridgewater Canal for about a mile and a half, before returning to the cars via scenic lanes and paths. Please bring your walking boots and a packed lunch for a picnic en route.
Facilities: Public toilets no longer available in Lymm, but there is Poplar Services next to M6 J20 if you come that way.
