Overview

Badminton at Heywood Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability, so it is particularly ideal for new members. If you don't have a racquet, please let us know at the time of booking so we can bring one along for you but shuttles will be provided. Showers are available – don’t forget to bring along a drink to keep you going

Sports Bookings If you have booked your sports events using the block booking system 5 or more and find you are unable to attend we will roll your booking over provided you give us a full 24 hours notice.

***If you are a member, haven't played badminton with us before and would like to have a go, give us a call and we will give you your first session for free.***

Getting There

Directions: Heywood Sports Centre is easily accessible from all directions being just a couple of miles from the motorway network. From M66 Junction 2, take the A58 Bury New Road towards Heywood. Stay on the A58 (goes into Bridge Street). Follow the one way street past Dunnes stores, at the roundabout turn left, go past Morrisons on the left hand side. Take the next turning left and the sports hall is on the right hand side. (Watch out for the speed cameras along the way)!
