Christmas Afternoon Bar tour

A rare opportunity to discover the real Manchester in an ever-changing City. We start off in Sir Ralph Abercromby - a traditional back street pub; in 2016 having won a CAMRA award for "Pub of the season".  The Old Nags Head dates back to the 1800s with traditional décor and spacious rooms providing a relaxed drinking area. The Rising Sun - another traditional boozer which is also a 'cut' pub (all will be explained on the tour). And then, for those who want to, we will go to the Xmas markets where we can sample the culinary delights of Germany in front of our magnificent town hall after which we have the option for meeting back up in The Rising Sun for those wishing to carry on….. 

Although all the bars are prearranged in advance, complications may arise which dictate the group changing the itinerary and picking different bars on the night. All members will be advised of any changes on the evening or prior to event Although Spice encourage all members to have a great time at our events, we discourage irresponsible drinking whilst attending our events and your membership may be at risk in the event of unsocial behaviour due to alcohol abuse.
