Second Group: There is a second group being led by Karen Fletcher which will follow a short distance from Mick’s group. If the first group is full there may be space on the second group.

Starting from Wye Dale to follow the river to Blackwell Mill then climb out of the valley with super views and follow the bridleway northward.

Then we follow footpaths to Wormhill before the descent back to the river at Millers Dale station.

At the viaduct we follow the river path now the Monsal Trail past Chee Tor and through the rocky and picturesque Chee Dale complete with the stepping stones back to the start.

As you may be aware, the rules from Wednesday 2nd December return to the 3 tier system.

As you may be aware, the new rules from Monday 14th September say that we are now only allowed to meet in groups of up to 6 people, which on the surface suggests we need to reduce our group sizes back to 6.
