Ryton Bubbenhall and Wapenbury Bluebell Ramble
Overview
This new 5½ mile ramble is one of nicest place to see Bluebells in the Midlands.
This new rambles combines three woods so we should have a good chance of seeing them. The ramble follows skirts the part at Ryton pools before entering Ryton Woods. After a short loop we move to Wappenbury Woods which has recently re-opened to the public.
After a short field stretch, we pass through the newly opened section as we venture into Bubbenhall Woods before returning back to the visitors’ centre.
This is an easy ramble a has a couple of gentle hills
Rob will book tables a lovely riverside inn for Sunday lunch after a short drive away
