Walk and Talk with Ken Goor - Otley and Thomas Chippendale
Overview
This year marks the 300th anniversary of Thomas Chippendale, Otley's famous son and today we will do an historic walk and talk with our Leeds City Guide Ken Goor covering the life and times of Chippendale.
We'll meet outside the Jubilee Clock in the Market Square ready to start our walk at 11.30am prompt which will last about 2 hours. We'll have a stop half way through for a drink and then we'll adjourn to the Fleece for Sunday lunch. A table has been booked here for 2pm and a sample menu is below.

Meet at 11:30am prompt at the Jublilee Clock in the Market Square.
There is some car parking at the Fleece which is located on the A659 and the Jublilee Clock is just a short walk from there. There is also a car park at Cattle Market Street. From Leeds, drive through Otley heading towards the river. Catholic Church on left, United Reform Church on right. Turn right at United Reform, car park on right (not very expensive).
