Easter Treats Walk - Thame - Tetsworth
A 9 mile circular walk through open fields and footpaths, covering part of the Oxfordshire Way.
We head out of Thame across fields towards the Oxfordshire Golf Club where we follow the footpath around the edge of the golf course eventually joining the Oxfordshire Way. The Oxfordshire Way is a long distance path between Bourton on the Water in Gloucestershire and Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire. We continue along this route until we reach Tetsworth, the ideal place to stop for lunch.
From Tetsworth we continue the second half of the walk, mostly along a well surfaced track, before taking footpaths across fields and heading back towards Thame.
There are plenty of cafes and pubs in Thame should anyone wish to reward themselves with refreshments at the end of the walk.
