Spice East Midlands Christmas Dinner Dance

The 2018 Spice East Midlands Christmas Dinner Dance is here! 

Following feedback for 2018 we are returning to the wonderful Yew Lodge 4* Best Western Premier Hotel at Kegworth. 

We have worked closely with the hotel again this year to have Spice exclusive use of the function room. 

Following member feedback we are opting for the Saturday evening again. This will give you more time to get ready and make the most of the hotels fabulous spa facilities. 

It’s a great hotel, very central to our region and easy to get to. 

Our venue is a lovely 4* Spa hotel. It is a Best Western Plus hotel and has the distinction of being a previous Best Western "Hotel of the Year". The accommodation and function facilities are of a very high standard but with a relaxed charm which many of the big chains don't seem to retain. Reeds, their Health Club, Pool, Gym and Spa is also quite exceptional for those who really want to spoil themselves. 

Overnight accommodation:

Many of us choose to stay over after the party. This can be pre-booked (with deposit) now at favourable rates. Please note to save any confusion the accommodation is shown on a separate event and here is a link to that event 

Accommodation bookings include the use of Reeds Leisure and Spa facilities, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast. 

A £10 deposit secures your place at the party 

There isn’t a strict dress code but most like to dress up and make it a black tie affair. 

The event:

Meet from 6:30pm to commence the meal at 8:00pm. 

There is a three course formal meal, a great disco which will take us into the early hours of Sunday morning usually around 1am and a photo booth. 

We will be doing a table plan so please give us any seating preferences and we'll do our best to meet all requests. Also the tables are likely to be for 10, so if you want to bring a table sized group please let us have the names when booking and we'll reserve a complete table for you. 

Those coming from further afield may wish to know that the venue is very close to East Midlands Parkway Rail Station and East Midlands Airport and just a few hundred yards from M1/J24 so easily reached from all directions by car, train, plane or coach.
