Overview
Our fabulous Christmas party will be held at The Met Hotel right in the Centre of Leeds.
We have an exclusive Spice party in the Met Suite. We’ll meet for our drinks reception at 7:15pm before sitting down to a festive three course meal at 8pm. A welcome drink is included so please come and let your Coordinators know you are here when you arrive. Additional drinks can be purchased from the mobile bar in our party room for you to purchase drinks for the rest of the evening. Also included with the meal is a half bottle of wine per person. After dinner the Resident DJ will play until 1am so you can dance and party the night away. The bar closes at 12:30am but you will be able to buy drinks in the Resident's bar (Tempus) if you are staying over.
There will be a table plan for this event, so if there's someone that you would particularly like to be seated with, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best.
The dress code is smart / festive.

All rooms have modern amenities and free wifi. As this is a popular night on the party calendar the room rate is higher than normal.
There are budget hotels in Leeds which is another option and the ones closest to The Met are the Discovery Inn and Roomzzz Leeds City. This luxury hotel is renowned for its Victorian terracotta façade and stone cupola taken from the city's demolished 4th White Cloth Hall. Today, The Met Hotel is still a much-loved landmark in Leeds' cityscape, blending its original design with contemporary interiors to create a 4-star city centre retreat.

The Met, Leeds is only a few minutes walk from Leeds railway station.
Leeds city centre is only one mile from the M1, M621 or M62
From the M1
- Take Junction 43 off of the M1 onto the M621, then exit at junction 3 signposted for Leeds City Centre and Holbeck.
- Following the signs for City Centre, continue along and under the viaduct
- At the second set of traffic lights turn left and get into the middle lane
- Go straight through the next lights on to Wellington Street A65.
- Turn right at the small traffic island onto King Street
- The hotel is on the right hand side
From the M62 Manchester
- Take junction 27 off of the M62 onto the M621
- Then exit at Junction 3, signposted Leeds City Centre and Holbeck
- Then follow the directions above
From the A64 York
- Follow signs for City centre, take a left turning onto Wellington Street (The old Yorkshire Post tower is on the right)
- Follow the road as far as it will go before you have to turn left
- The hotel is on the right hand side
Parking: on-site parking is available at £20 for 24hrs or £10 for 8 hours. There are 25 spaces on site and they are on a first come, first served basis. On street metered parking is available on the streets near the hotel for £3.20 from 6.00pm until 10.00am on Sunday morning.
