Could you restart a heart?

Restart a Heart Day is a major global event, which happens every October.

Its purpose is to teach as many people as possible how to help restart the heart of someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest.

As part of this initiative we have been offered free training, exclusively for SPICE, which will include how to carry out CPR and how to use the AEDs (automated external defibrillators) that are now appearing on our streets and in public buildings.
