Dinner Shuffle at the Radisson Blu Hotel Leeds
Overview
Come and join us for our monthly dinner shuffle where we will move seats between courses giving the opportunity to mix and mingle with other Spicers.
Tonight we are at Firelake Grill in the Radisson Blu Hotel.
The Hotel is set in a meticulously restored building that once served as the main office of the Leeds Permanent Building Society. This grand building has preserved its original art deco style.

Location & Itinerary
Tonight we will enjoy a 3 course meal. Please choose from the following options using the word in bold to make your selection.
Starters
Tomato Soup with a grilled cheese toastie (V)
Chicken Liver Pate with an onion chutney and toasted sourdough
Cured Salmon with apple salad and creme fraiche
Mains
Braised Beef, truffle potato puree, roasting juices and stock pot carrot
Seared Coley with squash and carrot crush, herb vinaigrette
Tomato Risotto with bocchini (V)
Desserts
Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream
Chocolate Brownie with white chocolate sauce

At the bar in the hotel.
The Radisson Blu is located in The Light on the corner of the Headrow and Cookridge Street. On street parking is available close by on Park Square at £3 from 6pm until 8am the following day.
