Womborne and Swindon Ramble

A lovely 7 mile ramble with Rob Smith starting from Wombourne and the pretty Bratch locks.

We follow the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal towards Botterham staircase where there is an interesting staircase lock. We then head south to the village of Swindon and onto the hamlet of Hinksford.

Then we use the old disused railway back towards Himley hall and finally we return via the railway walk to the Café through some impressive sandstone railway cuttings.
