Overview
This 4* hotel was originally built in 1790, resting on six acres of landscaped gardens at the bottom of Cadbury Hill Nature Reserve. It is the South West’s newest 4* contemporary boutique Hotel & Spa. Cadbury House is a stunning venue set within rolling English countryside. Guests have access to an indoor pool, a fitness centre, and a sauna during their stay and there is plenty of free parking.
We will meet in the hotel bar at 2.00pm where your Spice host will be to meet you and help with introductions. Official check in is from 4.00pm but sometimes rooms are available earlier.
You will have time to relax, maybe spend some time in the spa, have an afternoon tea or you may prefer to take a stroll around the beautiful grounds. We will meet again in the bar from 6.30pm and will go through to dinner at 7.30pm.
As this is a shared party, we will be joining other guests for the evening but we will have our own Spice tables so all Spice members can sit together. After a sumptuous three course dinner there will be a disco which will have us dancing all night long, ending at 1.00am. The theme for the party is Venice Carnival but you should dress to impress as you please.
The beautiful en-suite rooms are very tasteful and comfortable, with either twin share, double share or double sole occupancy available. All rooms have air conditioning, black out curtains, LCD TV, free WiFi, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, tea & coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries, and 400 thread count sheets. The spa offers over 80 treatments plus a salon, sauna, and indoor pool.
Breakfast the next day is included, plus an easy guided walk with your Spice host. Check out is at 11.00am.
Make sure you book soon as we are expecting places to sell out early. The hotel is is usually sold out during December so once our slots have gone, they’re gone!

Starter
Roasted sweet potato soup, stem ginger and black onion seeds (ve)
Potted crab and shrimp, crème fraîche, capers and sourdough bread
Main Course
Roast breast of turkey, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, maple glazed carrots and brussel sprouts with rosemary and thyme gravy
Slow cooked braised beef, red wine shallots, roasted potatoes and glazed winter vegetables
Risotto of butternut squash, sun blushed tomatoes, black garlic and sage leaves (ve)

Traditional Christmas pudding, Cognac and vanilla sauce
