This time last year we were just getting used to getting out and about and socialising again, so we were keen to make 2022 a year to remember, packed with Spice fun!

We’ve enjoyed weekends away together including Durham, Masham, Beverley, Helmsley, Stainforth, Loughborough, Grassington, and of course our fabulous jubilee weekend stay in Scarborough. We've walked hundreds of miles on our day and evening walks and walking breaks taking in scenery from across Yorkshire, the UK and beyond. We've seen theatre productions both indoor and outdoor and as varied as The Addams Family, Romeo and Juliet, and Beauty and the Beast! We've visited the cinemas. We've answered over a thousand questions at our quiz nights. We clocked up ten years of Music Club. We've lunched, we've brunched, we've afternoon tead, and we've dined around the world from Scotland to Brazil. We've taken part in many sports like badminton, bowling, curling, pool, swimming, skiing, mini golf, croquet, shuffleboard, rounders, and netball. We've been to the races, we've read books, we've abseiled, we've thrown axes, we've rescued Alice from Wonderland, we've hunted ghosts, we've bar crawled, we've made cocktails, we've canoed, and we've walked on fire! And, of course, we've partied!

It's all been so special that it's difficult to pick out any one highlight, but if you missed anything, you can be sure that we'll have even more to enjoy in 2023! Thanks so much for a wonderful year. Spice is all about people, and we just couldn't do it all without you!
