I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and friendship over the last 3 years.

A particular thanks goes to Chelsea, Geoff, Brenda, Sarah, Dan, Alison, Nik, Liz, Sue, Craig, Tim and Jackie who have regularly hosted events for me. I would also like to thank those who've helped VC events on a less frequent basis - I really couldn't have done it without you so "Thank you"! (and I'm sorry if this has come a little out of the blue for you)

For the friendship and support that all of you have shown I would also like to extend my appreciation to you. I think that Spice members are a unique brand of people who I'm proud to say are inclusive, friendly and always up for a giggle - Long may it continue!

Despite moving on in terms of my role I hope to continue to see many of you at events in the future and hope that your warmth and support extends to Jackie who I know will come to you with fresh ideas and events. I know that Jackie will really appreciate offers of help particularly in terms of VC'ing events so if you fancy stepping up from time to time, please feel free to give her a call.

I joined Spice around four years ago and have attended many wonderful events and made a lot of very good friends.

When Kat first suggested that I should consider becoming the new co-ordinator, I didn't think it was possible!

The more I thought about it the more I realised that this was a great opportunity, so here I am.

I am both nervous and excited, and I'm hoping you'll bear with me while I get to grips with the systems and start to organise my own events.

I will be starting with Christmas Party announcements very soon, and will run some "meet me" socials in the coming months.
