Workshop - Reiki Level One with Joy
Overview
Imagine being able to help yourself and friends and family! Reiki is an Energy therapy which originates from Japan. It can be used for deep relaxation and can help relieve stress or illness. Level One introduces you to the wonderful world of Reiki.
You will learn the history of Reiki and you will also be taught the hand positions for treating someone on both a Therapy table and in a seated position. Each person will be individually Attuned to the Reiki energy and then get the chance to practise on at least one other person.
Reiki can help us by encouraging relaxation and bringing our lives back into balance. It is a gentle Energy which is open to everyone. After training there will be no stopping you from making positive improvements in your life.
Includes
This will be a small one day workshop from 10.30 till 4.30 with a follow up of 1 hour, 4 weeks later. Manual and lunch is included. Homework to be done before certificate is given. This workshop is run by Spice member and UK Reiki Federation Master / Teacher Joy Fraser from www.peaceharmonyandjoy.co.uk
Location & Itinerary
Joy Fraser is a UK Reiki Federation Master/Teacher training in Usui Reiki. Joy is also a Melody Crystal Practitioner.
