Overview

Event going ahead: Please be assured that this event can go ahead, From the 29th March we can have groups of 6 on outdoor activities.

Second Group: There is a second group being led by Pete Corbett which will follow a short distance from Steve’s group. If the first group is full there may be space on the second group.

A New 7 mile ramble with Rob Smith starting from Wombourne and Bratch locks.

We follow the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal towards Botterham staircase where there is an interesting staircase lock. We then head south to the village of Swindon and onto the hamlet of Hinksford.

Then we use the old disused railway back towards Himley hall and finally we return via the railway walk to the Café through some impressive sandstone railway cuttings.
