Overview
Join us on this approx 5 mile circular walk led by Kim, a trustee of The Watercress Way, as we walk along some of the marathon length trail established in 2016, just North East of Winchester. The trail was named after The Mid Hants Railway, nicknamed The Watercress Line. Sutton Scotney Dreamy Droves follow the footsteps of 1000’s of feet, paws and hoofs & visit the recently cleared railway bridge of the Didcot-Newbury-Southampton railway (the Hockley viaduct one!) Nearby pubs: Wonston Arms (no food) & Coach & Horses
We will lunch at The King Charles, Kings Worthy Postcode SO23 7NU at 1.30 pm. They have confirmed they can accommodate us with social distancing. Pay separately for pub food at the time.
