Walk - Old Winchester Hill to Buriton (SDW 3)
Overview
Join Brenda for a 10 mile linear walk along the South Downs Way taking us from the heights of the Old Winchester Hill National Nature Reserve along the ridge to Butser Hill, through Queen Elizabeth Country Park and on to the village of Buriton, where a warm welcome will be awaiting us at one of the village pubs should we wish.
We meet at a car park at the end of the walk, then car share back to the beginning. Those whose cars at the end will then give lifts back to the start for those with cars there.
This walk is available as a stand alone walk if you would just like to do this section with us. If you are interested in completing the whole of the South Downs Way in 2020 please see our Challenge page here: https://www.spiceuk.com/events-holidays/2020-walking-challenge-the-south-downs-way
