Walk - Little Chalfont circular 7 miles

Join Alan for a walk from Little Chalfont, near Amersham

We will meet at Little Chalfont Library, postcode HP7 9QA. There is a car park next door that is free on Sundays and Chalfont and Latimer Station is 400 yards away. You may wish to arrive early and get a coffee in the High Street. There are toilets in the car park.

Walk highlights will include the delightful villages of Latimer and Chenies; Latimer House and Chenies Manor; a lovely stretch of the River Chess and lots of woodland. There are no stiles but some hills. Please wear appropriate footwear, walking boots with good grip recommended. Also, bring fluids, suitable clothing and sanitiser. And don't forget a face mask, particularly if going into any of the shops in Little Chalfont.

There is no plan to have a stop during the walk, except drink/snack stops. You may wish to join Alan at the end of the walk for a picnic lunch - bring your own or get something in Little Chalfont where there are several options.

A very approximate time of arriving back at the car park is 1.15.
