Towton Battlefields Walk and Lunch
Overview
Come and join us on this guided walk of the Battlefields of Towton. The knowledgeable guide will inform us about the Battle of Towton and if interested show us some exhibits at the end of the walk. We will meet at the Rockingham Arms at 10.15am ready to walk at 10.30am. Please don't be late as this is not a Spice exclusive walk so the guide will depart on time. The walk is only about a couple of miles but could take about 2.5 - 3 hours due to the amount of information given.
Afterwards we have booked a table at the Rockingham Arms for lunch at 1.30pm.

East Coast haddock fillet in a crispy beer batter, served with hand-cut chips & minted mushy peas
Chicken & sun blushed tomato salad, served with pesto dressing & a red pepper drizzle
Red pepper & spinach risotto, topped with parmesan, served with a rocket salad (V)
