Overview
Our fabulous summer party will be held at the Clayton Hotel in Leeds, and this time, due to popular demand, it will be a black tie ball.
We have an exclusive Spice party in the Holbeck Suite, which also has access to the outdoor terrace. We’ll meet for our drinks reception at 7:15pm before sitting down to a three-course meal at 8pm. A welcome drink is included so please come and let your Coordinators know you are here when you arrive.
Also included with the meal is a half bottle of wine per person. Additional drinks can be purchased from the mobile bar in our party room for the rest of the evening.
After dinner the Resident DJ will play until 1am so you can dance and party the night away. The bar closes at 12:30am but you will be able to buy drinks in the Inkwell bar if you are staying over.
There will be a table plan for this event, so if there's someone that you would particularly like to be seated with, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best.
The dress code is black tie so gents get your DJ's dusted off and ladies it's time to show off that posh frock.

Location & Itinerary
The four-star Clayton Hotel is close to Leeds city centre and has excellent facilities, with on-site parking.

STARTERS
Tomato and basil soup served with butter and bread roll (VE, GF)
Ham hock and pea terrine with piccalilli, toast and mixed leaf garnish served with butter and bread roll
Grilled goat’s cheese and beetroot with rocket and mango coulis served with butter and bread roll (V)
MAINS
Chicken breast, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, potatoes and gravy
Fillet of hake in a white wine and chive cream sauce with seasonal vegetables and potatoes (GF)
Roast pepper stuffed with ratatouille rice, tomato and basil sauce (VE, GF)
DESSERTS
Warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream (V)
Vanilla cheesecake (V, may contain traces of nuts)
Fresh fruit platter with raspberry coulis (VE, GF)
Meet in the Holbeck Suite, which is to the right as you enter through the main doors, for our drinks reception from 7:15pm.
Travel & Stay
Why not make a weekend of it and stay over? The Clayton Hotel is a stylish four-star hotel located on the southern edge of the city centre, with on-site secure parking.
It's a short walking distance from Leeds Railway Station.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a fitness suite is available.
Rooms have a 32" Flatscreen TV with Freeview, Ironing facilities, Laptop Safe, Tea/coffee making facilities and En-suite Bathroom. Please note that twin rooms may have both a double and a proper single bed. If you book this option, you must decide amongst yourselves who gets which bed.

Clayton Hotel Leeds is on the south side of Leeds city centre, and easily accessible from the motorway, Leeds Bradford Airport, and Leeds Railway Station. The city-centre location allows you to explore the city centre from shopping to outdoor adventures.
By road: Getting to our hotel from the motorway couldn’t be simpler: it is less than two minutes’ drive from the M621 Junction 3.
From the M1
- Take Junction 43 off of the M1 onto the M621, then exit at junction 3 signposted for Leeds City Centre and Holbeck.
- Follow the signs for City Centre and you will see the hotel straight ahead.
From the M62 Manchester
- Take junction 27 off of the M62 onto the M621, then exit at Junction 3, signposted Leeds City Centre and Holbeck
- Follow the signs for City Centre and you will see the hotel straight ahead.
Parking: There is no need to search the city for parking as there are over 180 fully secure, underground parking spaces on site. For access turn left onto Sweet Street before the hotel, take the first right at the small roundabout and right again at the next roundabout. Drive down the ramp between the hotel and the blue building to enter.
Secure on-site parking is £12 per night or £2 per hour.

By train: The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Leeds railway station.
- Exit the station by the south exit escalators from the Upper Concourse to Holbeck Urban Village
- Walk south on Little Neville Street
- Turn left to stay on Little Neville Street
- Turn right on to Neville Street
- Continue straight over the river ahead onto Victoria Road past Bridgewater Place
- Turn right at City Walk then left (signposted Clayton Hotel Pedestrian Access)
- The hotel is straight ahead
