Overview
Celebrate in style this Christmas at this lovely 4 star Hotel at our own
Black Tie Exclusive Spice Party with a delicious Christmas Dinner, Bubbly, 1/2 Bottle of wine , Disco and Dancing on Saturday plus Michale Buble Tribute Shared Party option on the Friday
You have the choice to come for 1 or 2 nights or Party only
On the Friday
Meet in the Bar from 2pm so we can get together for a drink and enjoy a snack.
Check IN is from 3pm but sometimes the rooms are ready earlier
Enjoy the leisure club before taking your time to get ready for our evening.
If you book 2 nights, we will meet at 6.30pm on the Friday night and sit down for a 3 Course meal (Menu Tbc) with a half bottle of wine at this shared event with Live Music from a Michael Buble Tribute and dancing until 1am
On the Saturday we will meet for breakfast between 9-9.30am and Alan Szenkier , one of our Lovely Spice Walk Leaders will take us on a walk in the beautiful local area.
Once back at the Hotel why not have an afternoon tea in one of there pods in the garden. Santa has been known to come around at teatime sometimes too!
We will meet at our private bar from 6.30pm for our Welcome Bubbly and sit down for dinner at 7.15pm in our Exclusive Private Venue all decorated for Christmas
Starters
- Treacle glazed Atlantic salmon, celeriac, remoulade, citrus blossom, sourdough croute
- Mushroom & Chestnut Pate, fermented cranberries (V, Vegan)
Main Course
- Turkey Ballotine with sage & bacon, roast potatoes, chipolatas and seasonal trimmings, roast gravy (GF)
- Oven Roasted Cod, Coco de paimpol beans, tomato confit, rosemary chips (GF)
- Butternut squash, spinach & vegan feta pastry, arugula and confit cherry tomatoes (Vegan)
Desserts
- Traditional Christmas Pudding , custard and winter berries (Vegan, GF)
- Clementine tart, sweet cream cheese, freeze dried raspberries
Followed by...
Tea, Coffee and deep filled gluten free mince pies
Served with half bottle of wine per person
After dinner , dance the night away until 1am
On the Sunday
We will meet for breakfast between 9-9.30am and Alan Szenkier, one of our Lovely Spice Walk Leaders will take us on another walk from 11am in the beautiful local area.
Then we can round off the weekend with a lovely lunch before heading home.
