Yusimi Crossley is the resident nutrition coach at New You Escapes and Lyndsey Bennett was the cook at the last Boot Camp in the UK. Together they have been providing an online cook-a-long for Spice, every Sunday during November. We are shopping for ingredients beforehand then meet online. Chef takes us through delicious spinach and chickpea curry, mackerel pate and Spanish egg muffins are some of the delicious dishes. We will have more in the new year! There is talk of Persian and Italian cooking...watch the Spice space for details!
