The restaurant menu at Sky By The Water features classic comfort cooking on another level. Enjoy traditional classics with a modern twist and heavenly desserts, there’s something here to suit all tastes. The menu has been crafted by Head Chef Aaron Darnley, whose culinary career began aged just 15, and has seen him working with renowned local and national chefs.
The winter menu features the finest produce all brought together for some unexpected and delicious twists on classic dishes like a surprising Royal Fish "Pie" and stunning Raspberry Arctic Roll.
Parking: As we are dining, the restaurant will validate our ticket to a fixed price of £3.00 for 12 hours so you can spend time in the many shops at Resorts World.
