Sunday Afternoon Walk around Sandal Castle and Pugneys Country Park Wakefield
Overview
Come and join us for a leisurely walk around Sandal Castle and Pugneys Country Park. We will walk for about an hour and a half to two hours and include a cafe stop either at Pugneys or at Sandal Castle.
Please wear appropriate footwear as it could be muddy in places and also dress for the weather.
Free parking is available at the Castle.

Getting There
Easily accessible from the M1 via Junction 39 and along the A636 and A6186. Use WF7 2DS in your sat nav.
Sandal Castle has a small car park with limited spaces. Parking is free.
Please do not park along the road to Sandal Castle as this prevents access for emergency vehicles.
