Covid 19 travel update for France

This information is correct as of 08/11/21 and related to passengers who are double vaccinated.

The UK is currently on France’s amber list and we must follow the requirements laid down by the French government which can be found here https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Certificate-of-international-travel.

This link provides information for those who are fully vaccinated and non-vaccinated. We have assumed that everyone booked to travel is fully vaccinated and therefore a synopsise of those requirements are -

•            The usual passport requirements and visa requirements if you are not a UK citizen (please check your own government consulate for any additional entry requirements).

•            If you are already vaccinated, no restrictions shall apply when entering metropolitan France.

•            If you are vaccinated , you must simply present proof of your vaccination status (NHS Digital App or paper copy) and a sworn statement certifying the absence of COVID-19 symptoms and of any contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
