Overview
Christmas will soon be upon us, so to celebrate this, what better than to have a rip-roaring SPICE EXCLUSIVE CHRISTMAS PARTY!
Tonight, ladies and gentlemen, we invite you to dress-up in your most glamorous frocks and smartest clothes, to spend an evening helping to do what Spice does best ……. Party!
Meet from 7.30pm for our welcome drink reception then join us in the Victoria Room where Dinner is served at 8pm; we can then party right through to 1am.
After our 3 course meal, there will be a lowering of the lights, a raising of the music and we can dance the night away in true Spice Christmas Spirit.
There is a private bar in the room so you don’t have to wander far for a drink, the hotel theme is Great Gatsby so if you like the idea of dressing up to match the theme, think along the lines of Flapper Girls, Gangsters & Molls and Peaky Blinders! We promise you won't be the only ones as your hosts Lauren & Johno will be dressing accordingly too!

Location & Itinerary
The Marriott V & A Hotel is a lovely venue, although we haven't held any rooms specifically we do have a discount code towards the rooms for having a function there and if you would like to enquire about this discount, please contact the Spice office. You will automatically be provided with the link for a 20% discount on accommodation when you book however if you want to check ahead of booking please ask the Spice office to let you have the details

Starters
Roasted parsnip soup with honey and maple glazed croutons with a parsley rocket oil
Wild boar terrine, crispy bread, balsamic glazed red onion marmalade, bacon dust and rocket
Luxury red pepper tofu bon bon, sun dried tomatoes, beetroot shavings, roasted walnuts finished with endive fine lettuce
Mains
Traditional turkey dinner with roasted potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, sprouts, braised mulled wine red cabbage, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing finished with rich turkey jus
Pan seared cod loin with sautéed potatoes, garlic infused kale, lemon and dill green beans, busted cherry tomatoes, puffed wild rice and a caper cream sauce
Beetroot and squash Wellingtons with kale, glazed parsnips, sprouts and roasted potatoes, dressed with garlic infused pesto topped with pine nuts
Desserts
Double chocolate torte with spiced cinnamon and mulled wine gel
Winter berry cheesecake with a strawberry gel mixed berries.
Festive apple strudel, orange and cinnamon marmalade served with Christmas spice custard
