These ingredients are required for a Taste of Scotland feature. We’ll me making a tasty Scottish dish on the night.
I appreciate it’s difficult to buy in such small quantities but I’m sure you’ll use up any spares.
150ml double cream (or dairy free alternative if needed) – whipped to just set – try and do this just before 7.30pm if possible.
20g porridge oats – lightly toasted in advance – do not burn! When a nutty smell comes its done.
1 tbsp whisky (this isn’t essential but authentic) buy a miniature if needed, we’ll finish the rest with a wee toast during the evening.
¾ tbsp honey
115g raspberries
Pinch of caster sugar
Dessert glass/tumbler to serve
