Overview

Burns night 2021 is online. Join us for an evening of music, verse and whiskey. This won't be too serious as we celebrate the Bard and his works. We'll have a casual format but any volunteers to get involved with addresses, poetry or song will be greatly received. After all, you don't want Jamie doing it all. We'll make a classic Scottish Whisky cocktail (optional) on the evening to toast as we go. If you want to wear Tartan and prepare a Haggis dish at home that is a welcome addition to proceedings too.

Host & Everything Else

On the night if you can bring the following to make a Scottish Whisky Cocktail - optional.

2 tsp sugar syrup or 1 tsp granulated sugar

1-2 dashes Angostura bitters - most supermarkets should have some.

splash of water

60ml Scotch whisky or bourbon

soda water (optional)

orange slice
