Come and celebrate Burns Night with Spice. Tonight we will enjoy a special Burns Night supper of a starter, main and dessert and also a wee dram of whisky.
As this is a Spice Dines Around the World meal you will qualify for a stamp in your passport. if you haven't already got a passport we will issue you with one on the night.

Starters:
Vegetable Scotch Broth with farmhouse bread and butter (V)
Smoked Scottish Salmon served sourdough bread
Mains:
Haggis, neeps and tatties - traditional Scottish dish of mutton and oatmeal with aromatic mixed spices, served with mashed swede and creamy mashed potatoes and rich gravy
Balmoral Chicken - chicken breast filled with haggis and wrapped in smoked bacon served with creamy mashed potato, glazed Chantenay carrots and a rich whisky sauce
Crofters Pie - traditional Scottish dish of slow cooked pulled lamb in a rich red wine sauce topped with haggis mash, served with steamed greens and glazed Chantenay carrots
Lentil Cottage Pie - puy lentil and vegetables, topped with carrot and sweet potato mash served with long stem broccoli )(VE)
Desserts:
Cranachan -Layers of whipped cream whisky sauce, raspberries, oats and honey topped off with cream and raspberries (V)
Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream or custard (V)
