Come and join us for a bank holiday lunch at this popular Brasserie chain located in the Trinity Shopping Centre.
This is one of our Spice Dines Around the World meals so please bring you Spice Dines Passport along. Don't worry if you don't already have one as we can give you a passport on the day with your first sticker. Once you have ten stickers you can choose either a bottle of wine or box of chocolates.

Today we will have a 2 course meal consisting of a starter and main. The menu is below. Please make your selection by choosing the word in bold.
STARTERS
Tomato Soup - roasted vine-ripened tomato soup (V)
Zucchini Fritti - breadcrumbed courgette batons, sautéed in garlic, lemon and parsley, served with mayonnaise verte (V)
Smoked Mackerel - warm smoked mackerel with peas, broad beans, croutons and a poached free range egg
Cured Mountain Pork Loin - sliced air-dried mountain pork loin with shredded celeriac and mustard remoulade
Ratatouille with Goats Cheese - warm ratatouille with goats cheese and chargrilled pain de campagne
MAINS
Sea Bream - roast sea bream fillet with flageolet beans, tomato, parsley, garlic and olive oil dressing served with frites
Chicken Salad - grilled butterflied chicken breast, green beans, Roquefort cheese, hazelnuts, gem lettuce, endive, brioche croutons, capers and a tarragon vinaigrette
Linguine aux Moules - linguine pasta with mussels, garlic, chilli, parsley, white wine and cherry tomatoes
Puy Lentils with Roast Vegetables - warm roasted vegetables and lentils with a free range poached egg (V)
Côte Burger - 8oz beef burger with a toasted brioche bun, tomato, baby gem lettuce, red onion, frites, and cornichons
Steak Frites - chargrilled thinly beaten out minute steak served pink with frites and garlic butter

Cote Brasserie is located on the first floor of the Trinity Shopping Centre close to the Albion Street entrance. It is next to the Everyman Cinema.
