Cafe Rogano is located below Rogano, the iconic, seafood restaurant on Exchange Place, just off Buchanan Street. Decked out in the Art Deco style, Rogano is said to be Glasgow’s oldest restaurant while the downstairs Café Rogano, a less formal experience, is suggested as being the ‘perfect introduction to fine dining'.
