Real Ale Steam Train Evening on the Watercress Line
Overview
Join us for an evening with a difference - enjoying quality real ales alongside a trip on the heritage Watercress Line Steam Railway. Step back in time with the steam locomotives and heritage carriages, all loving restored and maintained by the volunteers on the Watercress Line.
Featuring local breweries Triple F and Downton, pints are just £3 each and there is a full bar available serving wines, ciders, spirits and soft drinks if beer isn't your thing!
The train will run continuously between Alresford and Medstead - we will be on board for approximately three and half hours.
Hot food is also available for purchase at Alresford Station both before and during the evening - options include curry (chicken or vegetarian), chilli, burgers and hot dogs.
With a return bus from Winchester Railway Station, you can relax, let the train take the strain and enjoy and enjoy a few drinks in the company of your fellow Spicers. This promises to be a fantastic Friday night!

Bus from Winchester Railway Station included in ticket price - leaving at 5.15pm sharp. Alternatively, meet at Alresford Station by 6.15pm. Return bus to Winchester Station will arrive back at approximately 10.40pm for onward rail connections.
