Pre-Christmas Drinks & Meal at Bill's, Cardiff

You may not know it but Bill is actually a person! He started with learning and loving growing vegetables from scratch with his father in the fields just outside Lewes and seeing how they start from seeds, to harvesting them and then right the way through to selling them to customers who would take them home to create their meals. In 2001 he decided to open his own shop and café in Lewes, where he would enjoy creating beautiful displays of fruits and vegetables and other produce for my customers to buy. If anything was left over he would use it to make the food for the café, jams, tarts, soups, all with produce from the shop.

Today Bill’s still focuses on using seasonal ingredients in their dishes, their menus change regularly and they always like to ensure they give their guests plenty of healthy or indulgent dishes to choose between.

Originally built in the late 1800s, Wyndham Arcade, a Grade II listed building, is home to Bill’s Cardiff City Centre restaurant. The restaurant is packed full of colour and charm, impressive and intimate, with little booths, nooks and crannies.
