Host & Everything Else

Dress for the weather. Remember that even on a hot day the temperature can drop quickly as the sun sets. Please bring a picnic or some money for the hot food stalls and bar. Bring something to sit on. This event is uncovered; this means bring your own chair / rug and waterproofs / suncream! Umbrellas are discouraged as they obscure the view. If you bring a chair you will be asked to sit further back so those sat on rugs can see!

We will contact everybody closer to the date to see who wants to join in the picnic and who is bringing what.
