Outdoor Photography Workshop
Overview
Following the success of the last Outdoor Photography Workshop with Mick and Rob they are running another one, this time from the beautiful Chatsworth House.
Join Mick Cornfield and Rob for a hands on outdoor photography workshop whilst having a walk in a beautiful area.
Would you like to learn how to improve your photography skills, going beyond the auto setting on your camera?
On location, out and about in the Peak District, these full days will equip you with the knowledge of how to use manual settings to enhance your photographs. Different aspects will be covered in each session, including portraiture, landscape, architecture, nature and evening/night. You will learn ways to use ambient light, artificial light and flash. You will also have opportunities to improve your photographs through the use of composition, depth of field, white balance and over/under exposure.
Ideally you will use your own DSLR or Bridge camera capable of manual settings, a tripod would be useful, fully charged batteries and a memory card are required. As the days will be outdoors warm and wet weather clothing and an umbrella will make you more comfortable. As there will be some short walking, boots or outdoor shoes are essential.
If you do not have your own DSLR or Bridge camera we do have a DSLR camera available to share for the day, a memory card is available at £5.00.
Mick, a Mountain Leader will make sure you get to and from the location and your tutor is Rob who is a photography graduate who specialises in working on location, he has exhibited in Manchester, Nottingham & Derby.
Mick will make sure you get to and from the location and Rob will be your tutor.
