Led by chef director, Luke Tipping, Simpsons has earned a reputation for offering one of the best dining experiences in Birmingham and has held a Michelin star since 2000.
In 1999, Luke was awarded the first ever Midlands Chef of the Year Award. He is always looking for fresh inspiration and only ever uses the very best seasonal produce which means the menu at Simpsons changes regularly.
We will select from the most up-to-date menu a little nearer the time although the current menu contains food such as BAVETTE TARTAR with gherkin, pickled mustard seeds, nasturtiums and coal oil WILTSHIRE VENISON with potato & onion terrine, cep cream and kale and CHOCOLATE DELICE with crispy rice and tonka bean ice-cream.
If it tastes half as good as it looks we're in for a real treat!
