At A cappella they are passionate and dedicated to the art of creating great pizza.
All their pizzas are made using the finest OO grade flour and Fior Di Latte mozzarella from Milan, and their dough is proofed for 48 hours. Toppings are sourced from Italy and trusted local suppliers and many ingredients are cured & roasted on site for maximum freshness and flavour. Pizzas are then baked in blisteringly hot ovens using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
It has been recognised as one of the best in the UK at a prestigious awards event when it scooped a Gold Award at the PAPA (Pizza & Pasta Association) Awards 2019.
This is a pay as you go event and all food and drink (and tips) are paid on the day.
