Event going ahead: Please be assured that this event can go ahead, From the 29th March we can have groups on outdoor activities.

Join Phil Davies for an easy walk of 5½ miles through forest, rolling countryside and along canal tow paths.

Phil a Spice member has kindly offered to lead some walks in the Worcestershire and surrounding area.

Walk details: Kingsford Forest Park to Wolverley. This is an easy walk of 5½ mile through forest, rolling countryside and along canal tow path. At roughly half way we pass Old Smithy tea room which is open for take away drinks and snacks. Dogs on a lead welcome. No toilet facilities available on this walk.

Before You Go

COVID “Rule of six” We have just confirmed (with the gov.uk and Sport England websites), that as this is an outdoor physical activity, and as we are an organisation, we are allowed larger numbers on these activities. However, to be a responsible organisation, and to ensure our members are comfortable with group sizes, we are restricting numbers to a lower level than usual.

We are still required to maintain social distance on walks, and it goes without saying that if you have any coronavirus symptoms (see below) please don’t come on the event but let the leader / host know.

Symptoms are: A high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
