Overview

During this circular walk we will enjoy lovely views of the water throughout in attractive landscape. The autumn wildlife should be plentiful too.

Is this for me?

The walk is 5 miles in length but flat so suitable for everyone – the walk should take just over 2 hours or so with stops.

Meeting Point

There is an informal parking area on the southwest side of Gladhouse Reservoir, on the minor road towards Moorfoot farm - it is on the left just before the 'no parking beyond this point' sign.

Host & Everything Else

Most of our route is along farm tracks and minor road but there may be some muddy sections so sturdy footwear is required.  Please dress for the weather and bring a light snack as we'll stop for a cuppa on route.
