A relatively new tour, but a first for Spice.

The Birmingham Roundhouse opened last year following a £3m heritage grant.

This Spice exclusive tour starting at the Visitor Centre, discovers the Roundhouse’s story on its journey from busy, noisy Victorian depot, right through to modern-day hub with a new lease of life and you will find the answers to these questions and many more…

What was the Roundhouse? What is the Roundhouse now? And why is it round?

Join us for an informal and story-based introductory guided tour at the Roundhouse. A curious survivor of horses, manual workers, dereliction drama, live music and (almost) puppets. This tour has an interactive twist or two, so be prepared to get involved… just bring an inquisitive disposition.

The tour covers a range of Birmingham history, personal stories and lesser-known information about the Roundhouse.
