Hampstead Heath Course
The course is 5000m (5K) long. At Hampstead Heath parkrun, you will run on woodland paths and concrete. Marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place, to point you in the right direction.
You can also record your times and create a log (if you fancy making it a regular thing) by registering here : parkrun . Just print off your barcode and present it to the scanners at the end of the course.
After the run we will head to Euphorium Bakery which serves savoury and sweet dishes and an all day brunch - tasty! What will be a well earned and deserved treat!
