Guided Walk - Waltham Abbey (Lee Valley) Circular 8 miles

We will meet at the White Water Rafting Centre (reception). Parking is free and there are several car parks, the nearest to the meeting point being the purple car park. You may wish to get a hot drink or even breakfast before we set off. There are toilets at the start and about 6 miles into the walk.

The walk is circular and will stay within the Lee Valley Park. We will broadly follow the route of the Lee Valley Sculpture trail and allowing time for looking at the sculptures we should arrive back at the White Water Centre at about 2.15. The walk is flat with no stiles and we will stay on good paths so even if there has been a lot of rain there should be little mud. Please wear appropriate footwear for an 8 mile walk. If you are not rushing off you may wish to join Alan for lunch back at the Rafting Centre.
