Evening Walk: Woodsetts and Dinnington
Overview
We'll set off from Woodsetts and walk mostly across fields, but passing through Swinston Hill Wood near the butterfly park to Dinnington. We return to the start on different paths.
This is a very level walk with long distance views for much of the route.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, stout shoes or boots are recommended. There is no halfway food stop on the shorter evening walks but take snacks if you need and a drink.
We should be able to get a drink outside The Butchers Arms at the end in their large beer garden.
Distance: 5 miles approx.
Do not attend if you have virus symptoms.
We must all observe the social distancing regulations. Please do not book unless you are prepared to keep a two metre distance from other walkers. We are not requiring members to wear face coverings, but you are welcome to do so if that makes you feel more comfortable. We advise that you bring gloves and hand sanitiser. Do not share food or drink or equipment such as walking poles with other walkers outside your household or bubble.
