A weekly (for 6 weeks) weight loss program filled with various ways to conquer the eating strategies to get slimmer, stay the size you want, make it a natural part of life without feeling that you are starving or missing out.

If you would like to once and for all conquer your weight and eating issues, this is the event for you. It’s initially six weeks of informative, effective ways to make long lasting changes and enjoyable too. Learning you will never find in the typical slimming class.

You may have heard that as we get older it is harder to shift the unwanted Lbs, we need to for health reasons and for us to like our bodies. There can be many reasons and habits to conquer to make eating what the body needs easy and natural, without feeling deprived.

When we understand why we do what we do in terms of overeating, it can make changing, losing weight, moving more and becoming who we want to be, easier than imagined and sustainable.

The effects of shrinking and becoming the size you want to become needn’t be a complicated, painful, hungry business. And you will have the resources to get back on track if life causes a slipping back.

Many others have spent a small fortune on weight loss products, diet books, DVDs, which didn’t work. “Personally, I like a meal to be a meal not a small drink. I know some people also pay hundreds of pounds a year on clubs, magazines, pills, potions, contraptions etc. Hypnosis normally costs in excess of £100 per session and doesn’t always work long term.

Your Guide

Maureen Fearon who has designed this event, first started helping others shrink when she was 17. As a gym and aerobics instructor she learnt both about diets and exercising. As well as helping hundreds of people achieve their goals, helping them be motivated, improve their confidence and of course shrink. Over the decades she has added to those skills.

In addition, she is a behavioural and emotional specialist, expert in human programming and is talked highly of by many Spice members who have attended other workshops she delivers.
