Overview

Every good rehearsal starts with a warm up. Why should your day be any different? Every Monday to Thursday in March, Leeds Playhouse in partnership with Northern Ballet present a theatre professional leading a 15 minute warm up for you to follow so you can get your day on the right track.

Mondays: Physical Warm Up & Energiser with Northern Ballet

Tuesdays: Focus & Mindfulness with Leeds Playhouse’s Creative Engagement Team

Wednesdays: Mind, Body & Soul with actor, Lladel Bryant

Thursdays: Warm Up Your Voice with Eleanor Manners
