Cooking with Chloé - learn to cook with confidence by Cardiff Women's Aid
Overview
Join Chloé to get creative in the kitchen without breaking your budget. Each week you will learn about a new dish and get the chance to make a sassy looking little lunch, that is quick and super tasty!
In these sessions, Chloé will be explaining some of the basics of cooking, the ingredients, the "tools" to use and staple items to keep in your cupboards to make cooking meals so much easier.
Chloé will also be contactable after the sessions so if you don't want to chat during the class, then you're welcome to email her (contact details will be provided after you sign up). A list of ingredients and the cooking method for each of the dishes demonstrated will also be provided, plus a list of resources.
Cardiff Women's Aid are a specialist agency which works to end violence against women, and support those who have experienced it. These classes are open to all women, but are especially suitable if you have experienced domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, sexual violence/abuse, sexual harassment or assault, stalking, forced marriage, "honour-based" violence, or any other form of violence against women. You do not need to have used our services before to attend these classes.
